Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond promptly to emergencies. Collaborate with team members to create inclusive activities tailored to children with diverse abilities and needs. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is preferred but not required. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages. Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education is a plus. Strong child supervision skills combined with excellent classroom management abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. Demonstrated understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare.
