Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant Early Learning Center as a dedicated Assistant Teacher or Floater in our Infant I and II classes. Duties Assist in classroom activities that promote social-emotional growth, behavior management, and positive interactions among children. Help manage classroom routines, lessons, and behavior guidance to maintain a safe and productive environment. Assist with infant and toddler care, ensuring proper hygiene, nutrition, and safety standards are met throughout the day. Assist the lead teacher in classroom activities or as a floater assist as needed in multiple classrooms. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Proven skills with the ability to foster positive behavior and create an inclusive atmosphere. Hands-on experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members clearly and professionally.
