Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or teacher's aide in a school setting is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus Ability to follow directions, assist classroom instruction, and support individual students as directed by certified teachers Strong communication skills, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset Capable of maintaining a positive classroom environment and responding calmly to shifting situations Flexibility to support diverse responsibilities and a variety of age groups or learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
