Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored instruction aligned with each student's IEP and curriculum goals Support students with disabilities, including those with autism and developmental delays, in daily activities and learning tasks Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and classroom order Provide hands-on care for preschool and toddler-aged children, including Montessori or preschool methodologies when applicable Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, especially within special education or early childhood environments Background in early childhood education, preschool experience, or toddler care is highly desirable Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and specialists Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere This role is ideal for passionate individuals eager to support children's growth through engaging teaching practices and compassionate care.
