Pay:

Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2026-2027 school year . What You'll Do:

Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff Foster a safe, supportive learning environment Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

What You'll Need:

Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or ParaPro Certification Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred) Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum
