Paraprofessional - School-Based | Sierra Vista, AZ | 2026-2027 School Year CareStaff Partners is seeking a dedicated a Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Sierra Vista, Arizona for the 2026-2027 school year . This is a full-time contract opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students succeed in the classroom.

Pay:

$17-$22 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students. Help implement educational and behavioral plans. Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. Support students with academic, social, and functional skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher Two year of college coursework (60+ credit hours from an accredited institution) Passing score an approved assessment (ParaPro, Master Teacher, or ACT WorkKeys)

Requirements:

Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required. Must meet all school district compliance requirements. Previous school or childcare experience is preferred but not required.
