EOS Fitness Retirement Benefits Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of the care and education of the children enrolled in his/her class Ensure the safety of each child enrolled in the class in all areas of the facility Assist with maintaining/updating student feed/activities in the LL communication program (Brightwheel) Follow weekly lesson plans and goals outlined by the teacher Be a team player. Interact and communicate consistently and positively with peers Maintain compliance with all state licensing regulations Assist in educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling Assist in instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom Supervising free time on the playground and in the classroom at all times Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment. Assist with opening and closing duties Assist with any classroom/age group when needed Assist with food distribution and clean-up Engage with children in age-appropriate activities Foster a positive and healthy learning environment Reporting issues/concerns/incidents to supervisor per LL expectations
Minimum Qualifications:
Passionate about education and willingness to learn. Must be at least 16 years old High school diploma/GED or in the process of obtaining Unrestricted Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (prior to starting) CPR and First Aid Certification Food Handler card
