Qualifications & Credentials:

Associates degree or successful completion of the ETS ParaPro exam Previous experience working with school-age children is preferred A warm, patient, and encouraging demeanor Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow teacher direction and adapt to diverse learning styles

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized support to a specific K-8 student in classroom and school settings Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Assist with academic activities, classroom participation, and social integration Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to encourage student progress Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards For this role, compensation is set at $24 per hour.
