Covelo Group is hiring After-School Instructional Aides to support K-12 students in Alhambra. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in education while working predictable weekday hours that leave your mornings free. Why You Should Apply Earn up to $22/hr, paid weekly based on experience• Consistent 3-hour afternoon shifts Typical schedules are 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday No nights or weekends Build hands-on experience supporting K-12 students Develop skills in classroom support, behavior management, communication, and teamwork Gain experience that's valuable for careers in education, child development, behavioral health, counseling, social work, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and related fields What You'll Do Support students during after-school academic and enrichment activities Provide one-on-one and small group academic or behavioral support Assist with accommodations outlined in students' IEPs or 504 Plans Supervise students during transitions, snack time, and outdoor activities Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment What You'll Bring 48 college units completed at an accredited college or university OR an associate's degree or higher Ability to work weekday afternoon shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, dependable approach to working with students Experience working with school-aged children is a plus, but not required BLS certification preferred We're interviewing now, so apply today to join our after-school team in Alhambra! •This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
