Working collaboratively with Advisors, Education Specialists, administrators, and other members of the student support team, the Instructional Aide helps students access instruction, participate successfully in the school community, and develop increasing independence. Depending on the assignment, an Instructional Aide may provide classroom, small-group, or individualized 1:1 support to a student, including support identified through an Individualized Education Program (IEP), 504 Plan, Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), or other student support plan.
