A School Aide plays a vital role in supporting students who need instructional, behavioral, or personal assistance. Working under the guidance of the special education department, teachers, and designated supervisors, you'll help create a safe, inclusive, and empowering learning environment. In this role, you may also assist students with mobility, personal care, and therapeutic needs as directed by licensed health professionals.
