School Aides and Paraprofessionals (Full Time or Substitute Opportunities)

Locations:

Chula Vista (additional openings throughout North San Diego County)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM Hours may slightly vary by school site Flexible substitute schedule based on your availability

Role Overview:

Support students in Special Education programs Assist classroom teachers with daily activities and instruction Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Start Timeline:

Positions are for the upcoming school year beginning in July Summer opportunities may be available for candidates who are fully cleared with all required onboarding paperwork The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.

Minimum Requirements:
