This full-time, contract-based opportunity offers you the chance to be a positive force in the educational journey of young learners, with assignments ranging from PreK through elementary age groups. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through early June 2027, ensuring long-term impact for you and the students you support.
What You'll Bring:
Prior experience as a ParaEducator or paraprofessional, especially with young children ("littles") Passion for assisting students with diverse learning needs Adaptability in both classroom support and one-on-one or small group pull-out settings Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Team player mentality, collaborating with teachers and support staff
Your Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a dependable classroom aide for a Resource Specialized Program Support instructional activities and foster student engagement Assist with small group "pull-outs," providing targeted learning interventions Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all students Help implement individualized educational plans under the guidance of teachers Monitor student progress and share insights with the instructional team
