Full-Time Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year in Corona, CA. This full-time role involves supporting teachers and students in a structured school environment, with a focus on academic assistance, behavioral support, and fostering positive student development.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30
PM Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay rate: $22/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) options Weekly pay Ongoing training and professional support
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily lesson activities Provide one-on-one and small group academic support Support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs Help implement IEP goals and classroom behavior strategies Monitor student progress and assist with basic data collection Maintain a structured, safe, and positive learning environment Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff
Qualifications:
