Job Description
Inspire Behavior Services is looking for someone to work as an integrated school aide for individuals with learning differences and emotional challenges. We are looking for members who are open to learning about behavior analysis and how to incorporate that into the educational environment. Our Behavior/Instructional Assistants work with students with a variety of special needs, which may include Autism, Emotional Disturbance, ADHD, and other disabling conditions. Inspire's mission is to provide high-quality, individualized service to students, with the goal of increased independence in the least restrictive environment. We are seeking individuals who share our philosophy to join our team! As one of Inspire's Behavior/ Instructional Assistants you will play a critical role in implementing and evaluating behavior and education plans. You will be working with students who are in various grades from Elementary to High School. You will work consistent school hours and days (approximately 7 hours a day Mon- Fri).
