We are currently hiring 1015 School Paraprofessionals/Behavior Aides to support students in a welcoming school district in Crescent City, California. These positions offer the opportunity to work closely with students while collaborating with teachers and school staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Position Details 1015 openings available Minimum 30 hours per week (most positions are 32.5 hours/week) Opportunities for both classroom support and 1:1 student support Current hiring focus is on high school positions School-year schedule with daytime hours Responsibilities Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students. Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities. Support students individually or within the classroom setting. Help implement behavior intervention plans when applicable. Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff. Qualifications Reliable daily transportation is required. Previous experience working with children or adolescents is preferred. Prior pediatric experience is a plus. Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
