Key Qualifications & Experience:

Background or training as a paraprofessional in a school setting Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school (K-12) Ability to work effectively with students of varying needs and learning styles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt to classroom requirements Reliability and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities
