Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers by preparing materials, supervising students, and reinforcing lesson content Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional support Assist with classroom management and implementation of behavioral plans Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Collaborate with educators and staff to promote student success Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff as necessary As a valued member of the educational community, youll have the satisfaction of knowing your contributions positively influence students lives.
