What they do
A Teacher Assistant assists classroom teachers by providing extra individual attention and instruction to students. Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and hygiene
- Has good leadership skill and able to work in a team
Skills:
- Must speak Mandarin and some English
Childcare:
Experience working with children in a daycare or similar setting- Childhood development: Knowledge of child development stages and milestones
Educate:
completed minimum 6 units of early Childhood education. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and educational activities for young children- First aid: Certification in first aid and CPR
Classroom:
Ability to manage a classroom of children, ensuring their safety and engagement- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus
- Experience with children: Demonstrated experience interacting with children in a positive and caring manner
Caregiving:
Ability to provide nurturing care to young children, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs- Early childhood education: Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices 职位类型：全职 薪资： $22.
