The Education Team is hiring Substitute Teachers and Special Education Aides (Paraprofessionals) to support charter schools, private schools, and districts across the San Francisco Bay Area — including Daly City, Redwood City, South San Francisco, and surrounding areas. Whether you're leading a classroom or providing one-on-one support, you'll play a key role in helping students succeed — all while choosing when and where you work. What You'll Do Depending on your assignment, you may: Lead classroom instruction and follow lesson plans (Substitute Teachers) Support students one-on-one or in small groups (SpEd Aides) Assist with classroom management and daily routines Help create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Support students with diverse learning needs, including behavioral and academic support Communicate with teachers, staff, and administrators Adapt to different classrooms, grade levels, and school environments Schedule Part-time or full-time — you choose your availability Minimum 2 days per week Assignments available Monday-Friday Opportunities for long-term and permanent placements Requirements BA/BS degree from a regionally accredited institution (or U.S. equivalency) — required for
