Join our teaching team by taking into account the educational philosophy of our school. 11:00-6:00 p.m. or 9:30-6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Assist in supervision of children (ages 2.5-6) in daily activities which include lunch, nap, outdoor education, creative art and active play. Clean-up as directed and assisting children as needed. Enrolled in or have achieved six or more postsecondary semester units or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education, child development or equivalent completed at an accredited or approved college or university, and prefer at least six months of work experience in a licensed day care center or comparable group child care program. The educational units specified must include courses that cover the general areas of child growth and development or human growth and development; child, family and community or child and family; and program/curriculum. TB test with physical, current immunization record and fingerprint clearance required before working with the children. $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
