• Ro Health is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BCAs) and Paraeducators for the 2026-2027 Expanded Learning (After School) Program in the Elk Grove Unified School District in Sacramento. In this role, you will provide substitute behavioral support for students in Pre-K through High School by implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Experience working with students with special needs—particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder—is strongly preferred, especially in one-on-one or small group settings.
