Assistant Lead Teacher for Combined Preschool and Kindergarten ProgramRock Rose Village School - Fallbrook, CA Rock Rose Village School is seeking a warm, dedicated Assistant Lead Teacher to join our early childhood Waldorf/LifeWays-inspired program. This is a full-time position for someone ready to step beyond a traditional assistant role and grow into meaningful leadership within our school and pedagogy. Rock Rose is a small, nurturing Waldorf/LifeWays-inspired early childhood center located in the friendly village of Fallbrook, Southern California. Our region is rich in Waldorf community life, biodynamic farms, and anthroposophical study groups, and is in close proximity to the Waldorf Institute of Southern California (WISC). Our program is inspired in part by Helle Heckmann's Nøkken approach and integrates aspects of R.I.E. and LifeWays. We currently offer a parent-baby, parent-child, and a combined preschool kindergarten that takes place largely outdoors.

Responsibilities include:

Co-leading a mixed-age early childhood classroom Creating a warm, consistent daily rhythm Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development Collaborating closely with a co-teacher and faculty Participating in festivals, school events, and community life Assisting with and/or leading summer camp programs

Qualifications:
