Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar classroom support role preferred Familiarity with classroom management techniques and individualized instruction Ability to assist students with lessons, homework, and activities throughout the school day Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility in adapting to various settings and student needs High school diploma or equivalent required; additional child development coursework or certifications welcomed
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside teachers to implement classroom activities and educational programs Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with diverse learning needs Support positive behavior and social integration in the classroom Assist with classroom organization, preparation of learning materials, and record-keeping Foster an inclusive, respectful environment for all students You'll find daily motivation in the meaningful connections you build and the progress you witness firsthand.
