Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support teachers in creating a positive learning environment for students, particularly those with diverse needs. This role is essential in fostering an inclusive atmosphere that promotes academic success and personal growth among students. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Support students with behavior management strategies to ensure a conducive learning environment. Work closely with students with disabilities and autism, providing tailored support as needed. Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring all materials are readily available. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to facilitate a collaborative educational experience. Participate in lesson planning sessions and contribute ideas for engaging activities. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual student needs. Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development. Experience Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies for supporting students with disabilities is highly desirable. Experience in private school environments is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
