Early Childhood Education Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Teach basic academic skills, including math, language, and science.
  • Incorporate physical education and movement activities into daily routines.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide individualized support as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Follow all licensing regulations and adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Must have minimum 6 units in child development
  • Must have at least 3 Infant Toddler Development units
  • Previous experience recommended.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
