Key Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting preferred Demonstrated ability to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly Level 3 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, therapists, and families Ability to remain composed and proactive in challenging, high-intensity situations Flexible, solution-oriented mindset and excellent team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers and staff in delivering individualized instruction and behavioral support for students with significant needs Work directly with students to foster academic, social, and emotional growth within both classroom and individualized settings Implement behavior management strategies under the direction of educational leaders Provide close supervision to ensure student safety, engagement, and progress throughout the school day Participate in planning sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development This full-time contract position covers 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You'll be working in a supportive school atmosphere where your expertise and compassion will help shape student lives and educational journeys.
