What Youll Need:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or Teachers Assistant in school settings Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students effectively Commitment to maintaining a patient, caring, and respectful environment for all learners Skills in assisting with individual and small group instruction Demonstrated flexibility and reliability Willingness to undergo applicable background checks and fulfill local requirements

Your Role Involves:

Supporting classroom instruction by working closely with certified teachers Assisting students with academic tasks and individualized learning plans Aiding students with special needs or learning difficulties as directed Helping supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess Encouraging social, emotional, and behavioral development in a nurturing way Maintaining confidentiality and upholding district and school policies
