This position works with individual students and small groups to reinforce literacy skills, support classroom instruction, and help students meet academic goals. The Literacy Paraprofessional Aide assists with lesson activities, monitors student progress, maintains a positive learning environment, and collaborates with teachers to promote student achievement and success.
