This role involves providing attentive infant care, supporting childhood development, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants and young children, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to promoting early learning and growth. Responsibilities Provide daily care for infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Support and facilitate childhood development through age-appropriate activities and interactions. Supervise children at all times to ensure a safe environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily activities. Implement early childhood education principles to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Assist in planning and executing engaging activities that stimulate learning and exploration. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with licensing standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for both children and staff. Qualifications MUST have a minimum of 12 ECE units. Prior teaching experience with young children, particularly infants preferred. Knowledge of infant care practices and childhood development milestones. Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction. Ability to supervise children responsibly while fostering a nurturing environment. Passion for early childhood education and child welfare. Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
