Opportunities are available at both the elementary and secondary levels, including roles working with students with mild to moderate needs. Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a support role with children, especially within schools Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other school personnel Understanding of or willingness to learn about a range of student abilities, including mild/moderate needs Strong communication skills and a patient, flexible approach High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred Pass required background checks and district onboarding procedures

Support classroom instruction under the direction of certified staff Assist students individually or in small groups with assignments and classroom activities Contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture Provide behavioral or academic assistance as directed Help ensure the classroom and learning environment is safe and productive
