Job Description
Ascend's Little Miracle Program seeks a Part-Time Preschool Support Staff/ Assistant to support our 'Little Miracles' Community Program in Antioch for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language and communication disorders. We seek a dedicated, passionate part-time aide who can work as part of a team to create a fun environment and incorporate educational activities that support our children's development. This is a fantastic opportunity if you love working with children and helping your community. Join our team of dedicated teaching and support staff. Part-time - 22-25 hours a week (8:30 AM - 1:00 PM)
PREFERRED
Experience working with special needs children Bilingual preferred (but not required)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
1-year minimum working with children ages 0-5 years old. CPR A minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units are preferred but can also be enrolled in or after starting. Must be comfortable with diaper changing and assisting staff in cleaning up for the kiddos
