9689312-95240 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students in a dynamic school environment near Lodi, CA. This position offers a chance to make a true difference in young learners livesworking one-on-one or as a floater to assist students in kindergarten through fifth grade. With a consistent schedule of 30 hours per week (Monday through Friday), youll play a vital role in helping students thrive from mid-October through early June.

Desired Qualifications:

At least two years of recent experience in school settings Preferred background in special education or as a registered behavioral technician Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom culture Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of classroom situations

Role Responsibilities:

Provide targeted assistance to students, including personalized support for individual children or as a floater throughout K-5 classrooms Support educators in delivering special education services, behavioral interventions, and daily routines Encourage student engagement, growth, and achievement in all assigned settings Build rapport and maintain positive interactions with students, staff, and families Monitor, document, and report on student progress to support educational planning
