We are looking for a motivated, professional, and personable individual who is passionate about healthcare education and enjoys working with students. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish , comfortable teaching CNA students, and willing to assist with light marketing and student outreach activities. Because this is an in-person position, we are especially interested in candidates who live locally or within a reasonable commute of our Los Angeles campus . Key Responsibilities CNA Instruction Teach CNA courses in accordance with school curriculum and applicable training requirements. Provide clear, engaging instruction in both classroom and hands-on settings. Demonstrate and supervise CNA skills and procedures. Prepare students for successful completion of their CNA training. Maintain a professional, supportive, and positive learning environment. Monitor student progress and provide feedback and additional support when needed. Maintain accurate attendance, student records, and required documentation. Bilingual Student Support Communicate effectively with students in English and Spanish . Help Spanish-speaking students understand course expectations, procedures, and school information. Assist with answering basic student questions and directing students to appropriate school resources. Light Marketing & Outreach Assist with simple social media and promotional activities for the school. Help create or coordinate basic content such as photos, short videos, posts, and student success stories. Assist with community outreach and spreading awareness of CNA programs. Help respond to basic inquiries from prospective students and direct them toward enrollment. Occasionally participate in local outreach events, school activities, or promotional efforts. Provide ideas for attracting prospective CNA students, particularly within the local Spanish-speaking community. Qualifications Current CNA Instructor qualifications/credentials required under applicable California requirements. CNA experience and/or relevant healthcare experience. Fluent in English and Spanish — speaking and communicating professionally in both languages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable teaching both classroom material and hands-on CNA skills. Reliable, organized, professional, and punctual. Comfortable using basic social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Ability to work independently while also being a positive member of the school team. Local candidates or candidates with a reasonable commute to our Los Angeles campus are strongly preferred.
