Job Description

Juniper Tree Enrichment is seeking a patient and dependable Math Teacher Assistant to support our 4th/5th grade Math class. You'll work alongside our lead Math teacher in a small classroom with an approximately 1:8 teacher-to-student ratio. This is a support position with no lesson planning or take-home preparation required.

Schedule:

Mondays & Wednesdays, 8:30 AM-12:30

PM Hours:

8 hours/week

Pay:

$30-$33/hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Support students during Math lessons and classwork Work individually or with small groups Help explain Math concepts and build student confidence Assist the lead teacher with classroom support and supervision Who We're Looking For Someone who is patient, reliable, comfortable with elementary Math, and great with children. Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus but not required. This position is a great fit for a college student, tutor, retired teacher, homeschool educator, or professional with a strong Math background looking for meaningful part-time work.
