Role:
Hours:
In-person, Monday to Friday between 8:30AM to 3:00PM.
Minimum Availability:
Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
Pay:
$22-$28/HR (based on experience, certification, and education).
Certification:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required or willingness to become certified within 90 days (paid training included!). As a School-Based Special Education Paraprofessional, you'll provide 1:1 behavioral and academic support to students with autism and other developmental differences. You'll help students develop communication, social, and life skills while fostering a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment.

What You'll Do:
Provide behavioral and educational support in a school setting. Implement individualized programs and collect data to track progress. Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills. Encourage independence and build positive relationships with students. Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for working with children and helping them succeed. RBT certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days). High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in related field preferred). Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years).
