$24 - $26/hour We are seeking a Full-Time ASL Paraprofessional to support an elementary student in a school-based setting in Marysville, CA! Position Details Full-time school-based position Elementary school setting Provide 1:1 support to an elementary student Work closely with the student and classroom team Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support the student's academic and communication needs ASAP start date Required Qualification Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required Previous experience working with Deaf/Hard of Hearing students or in an educational setting is preferred Responsibilities Provide communication and classroom support using ASL Assist the student with academic activities and classroom participation Support the student's communication and social needs throughout the school day Help with transitions, routines, and engagement Collaborate with teachers and other school staff Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment Interested in making a difference for an elementary student?
