Full-Time Infant Assistant Teacher Mission Montessori is seeking a caring, dependable assistant teacher to join our Infant and Young Toddler Team, serving children ages 6-24 months .

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30

PM Pay:

Work closely with fellow teachers to create a nurturing, respectful environment. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Read stories, sing songs, and support age-appropriate activities within the Montessori environment. Encourage children's growing independence through patient, responsive care.

Requirements Required coursework:

12 college units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, including 3 infant/toddler units. Candidates currently enrolled in the required coursework may apply. Experience working with young children, preferably infants and toddlers. Ability to lift children weighing up to 30 pounds and move comfortably between floor and standing positions. A genuine love for young children and enthusiasm for early childhood education. Strong communication and teamwork skills to build positive relationships with families and fellow caregivers.
