A minimum of 12 core units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is required, along with completion of a Preventative Health and Safety Course upon hiring. CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred to ensure the safety of our young learners. A valid California Driver's License, along with proof of current automobile insurance, is necessary for any off-site activities. Additionally, candidates must undergo a health screening, provide proof of a current negative TB test, and be immunized for measles, pertussis, and the current influenza shot.
