Qualified candidates for a lead position should possess a four-year degree in Child Development or a minimum of 12 units in Early Child Development, along with a Montessori diploma for the appropriate age group. We require at least two years of experience leading a Montessori classroom and a thorough understanding of the Montessori philosophy. For assistant teachers we require 12 units in ECE and at least one year experience in the classroom. Our teachers responsibilities include maintaining professional communication with parents and collaborating with staff and administration to maintain a high standard program.
