Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a paraprofessional or instructional assistant Strong background in both behavioral support and general classroom settings Experience working across grade levels (K-12) is strongly preferred Ability to adapt and respond to changing student needs Excellent communication and rapport-building with students and staff Willingness to work full school year on a district-wide assignment High level of professionalism and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
