Temporary Preschool Assistant Aleph Preschool of Marin | Novato, California Position Overview Aleph Preschool of Marin is seeking a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Temporary Preschool Assistant to join our teaching team while one staff member is on maternity leave. This person will work alongside two capable, experienced classroom staff members and help create a nurturing, engaging, and well-organized environment for our children. Schedule :

Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3:30 pm

Pay :

$25-$30 per hour, depending on education and experience Qualifications Completion of at least 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) semester units Preschool or early childhood classroom experience strongly preferred A warm, friendly, patient, and caring approach with children Dependable, responsible, and able to work cooperatively as part of a team Responsibilities Support the classroom teachers in maintaining a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment Interact positively with children and help them feel secure, included, and cared for Assist with classroom activities, play, transitions, meals, rest time, and daily routines Help supervise children and support their social-emotional and developmental needs Assist with classroom setup, organization, and cleanup Communicate respectfully and professionally with teachers, children, and families Follow Aleph Preschool policies, classroom routines, and all applicable health and safety procedures About Aleph Preschool of Marin Aleph Preschool of Marin is a warm, values-based Jewish preschool community where every child is known, nurtured, and encouraged to grow.
