This position is exempt from overtime.
Annual stipend pay:
Master's $1,200 or Doctorate $2,000 per year (Prorated upon hire). Length of Work Year 7.5 hours per day/Monday-Friday, 7:15 am - 3:15 pm/11 months/181 days annually (Prorated upon hire). Approximately 10 extra duty days throughout the year. Employment Type Full Time Benefits Generous benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision for employee and dependents. Sick leave accrued. Employer paid life insurance provided. This position qualifies for CalSTRS retirement. The employee contribution rate for CalSTRS is either 10.25% or 10.205% of monthly earnings depending on the membership date.
