Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Engage in daily activities that promote childhood development through play, art, music, and movement. Provide individualized support to children with special needs or varying learning abilities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies. Skills Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Familiarity with educational philosophies is a plus. Ability to provide toddler care with patience and compassion. Experience in special education or tutoring is beneficial. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that meets diverse learning needs. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
