In this dynamic role, you will support classroom activities, foster a nurturing environment, and promote bilingual language development for young learners. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that incorporate Mandarin language instruction and cultural activities. Support classroom management by maintaining a positive, organized, and safe environment for children. Engage children in educational activities focused on literacy, math, and early childhood development using age-appropriate Montessori and other pedagogical methods. Help with classroom setup, material preparation, and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress, especially those with special needs or disabilities, providing tailored support as needed. Foster effective communication with children using clear and encouraging language; communicate regularly with parents about their child's development. Assist in toddler care routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap time, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Skills Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings; familiarity with early childhood development principles is essential. Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and nurturing learning environment. Knowledge of literacy education, math concepts, and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support educational goals and classroom activities. Proficiency in Mandarin language instruction and cultural integration strategies; bilingual skills are highly valued. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
