Pine Ridge Elementary School is seeking a caring and committed 1:1 RSP Special Education Instructional Aide to support a student during the 2026/27 school year. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with students, building trust, supporting learning, and helping a child experience success throughout the school day. At Paradise Unified School District, our instructional aides are an important part of the team. They help create classrooms where students feel safe, supported, included, and capable. About the Role The 1:1 RSP Special Education Instructional Aide will work under the direction of certificated staff and site administration to provide individualized support to a student receiving special education services. This may include academic support, classroom participation, behavior support, transitions, organization, and helping the student access learning in a positive and respectful way. We are looking for someone who can: Support a student's academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs Build a positive and trusting relationship with the student Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and instructional activities Encourage independence while providing appropriate support Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and patience Help create a school experience where the student feels valued, seen, and supported Why Pine Ridge Elementary?
