This role offers the chance to work in a school setting near Raymond, CA, supporting one student directly in a 1:1 capacity. The assignment spans the 2026-2027 school year, from August through June, with a consistent schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Qualifications & Requirements:

Associates degree or successful completion of the ETS Paraprofessional Exam Experience working with K-8 students preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow teacher and specialist directions with flexibility and reliability Commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Your Responsibilities:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to an assigned student in a general or special education setting Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized plans and accommodations Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that helps your student thrive academically and socially Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and reinforcing learning activities Monitor student progress, engage in regular communication with the educational team, and adapt support as needed
