Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students individually and in small groups to enhance learning and social engagement Implement teacher and specialist-driven strategies to address behavioral and educational goals Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students in a variety of classroom settings (K-12) Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers and other staff district-wide to ensure tailored student support Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting observations to the appropriate educational team members
