Job Summary Job Summary The employee is expected to work under the direct supervision of the Principal to support the educational process of the school and the District to achieve the best possible school program and learning environment for the youth of the community. The employee is expected to assist the teacher in a classroom environment to improve the educational needs of the students. The employee will provide individualized instructional services or small group instruction as deemed applicable. The position may also include cafeteria, playground, and other duties as determined and assigned by the site administrator.
