Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a school support role Familiarity with classroom management techniques and student support strategies Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students Ability to implement instructional activities under the supervision of certified staff Patient, compassionate, and adaptable when addressing individual student needs High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in education a plus

Key Responsibilities:
